Frequently Asked Questions

What information do you need to quote?

Material, mesh count or micron rating, dimensions, forming method and quantity. A drawing (PDF / DWG / DXF) or a sample is ideal — but we can also help you define the spec from your performance target.

What is the difference between mesh count and micron rating?

Mesh count is the number of openings per linear inch; micron rating is the actual opening or particle-retention size. We help you convert between them for your filtration goal.

Which stainless steel should I choose?

SS 304 suits general use; 316 / 316L adds corrosion resistance for marine, chemical, food and high-purity applications. We advise based on your media and environment.

Can you make custom shapes to a drawing?

Yes. Discs, cylinders, cones, caps, baskets, cartridges and bespoke geometries — woven or perforated mesh, welded, deep-drawn and edge-bound to your drawing. See Custom Solutions.

What are your minimum order quantities and lead times?

We are prototype- and low-volume friendly and scale to mass production. Lead time is confirmed with each quote, usually within 24 hours of receiving your spec.

Are you certified?

Yes — ISO 9001:2015, and PPAP capable for automotive supply chains.
