- Send your spec — drawing (PDF / DWG / DXF), sample, or a description of material, mesh count, micron rating, dimensions and quantity.
- Engineering review — we confirm feasibility, suggest the optimal weave and forming method, and quote with lead time within 24 hours.
- Sampling — first article and, where required, PPAP documentation for approval before mass production.
- Production & QC — batch manufacturing with dimensional and flow inspection, then packed to your requirement.
